germina, helminth and some
other venomous and injurant
matters in the dirty water
of the hospital. Antisepsis
is the key step during the
hospital dirty water treatment.
Currently, domestic hospital
mainly uses the liquid Cl2
and sodium hypochlorite
as the main disinfector.
Even though the liquid Cl2
has the cheap price, it
has poor safety and easily
leaks. And the organic Cl
product will be produced
out after the Cl acting
with organic matter, which
will form new pollution
to threaten people health
after entering into water.
Even though the sodium hypochlorite
reacting device has no any
dangers as above, its key
parts are easy to be damaged,
its volume is very large
and its electricity and
salt consumption is very
high. ClO2 is confirmed
by WHO as a safe and highly
efficient strong capability
disinfector, which has a
good antiseptic function
against animalcules transferred
through water including
virus, germina, epiphyte
and etc that has strong
capability to bear Cl. ClO2
could also react with organic
matter in the dirty water
so as to decrease the odor
of the polluted water.

effective Cl production
consumes 0.65 gram sodium
chlorate and 1.3 gram
hydrochloric acid in the
currency of Rmb0.004 Yuan.
(Assumption: hydrochloric
acid is in the unit price
of Rmb800/ton and sodium
chlorate is in the unit
price of Rmb4200/ton.).
Notice:
This
product suits the water
treatment place with the
common pressure (or micro-positive
pressure) casting condition.
The customer should provide
the water source for power,
electricity supply (-380V/220V),
drainage sewer tunnel
and low-position air exhaust
facilities at site.
In the unusual occasion,
the antiseptic liquid
casting pipe diameter
should be decided according
to the situation (pipe
and wire back pressure
and etc.) at site.
