Cl2 as the disinfector is widely used
in the water supply and drainage field.
However during the recent years, it
is discovered that the Cl disinfector
by-product that Cl organic matter has
great harm against people’s health.
As evidenced in the experiment, ClO2
produced by Shanghao II model intellectual
water purifier has more advantages and
much better than liquid Cl2 or sodium
chlorate and other antiseptic products.
Firstly, it has highly efficient disinfecting
result, which has the sterilization
rate same as ozone and higher than Cl2.
Secondly, ClO2 will not react with the
organic matter in the water to produce
the Cl product, which effectively restrain
the form of THMS. Thirdly it will well
delete the Fe2+,Mn2+, odor, color and
etc.

board, which has function to show and

equipment stop and etc. as well as the
safety protection function to automatically
stop the equipment in the case of shortages
of material and water, temperature exceeding,
bump stopping, pressure shortage and
alarming. It has RS485 standard communication
connection, complies with many communication
rules and could realize the long-distance
control. It could combine flowing and
remaining Cl measuring control system
to form a loop control so as to automatically
adjust the oxygen action according to
the water flowing to be treated and
remaining Cl.
Calculate the material feeding at the
intake in high accuracy of the meters

chlorate and 1.1 gram hydrochloric acid
in the currency of Rmb0.0032 Yuan. (Assumption:
hydrochloric acid is in the unit price
of Rmb800/ton and sodium chlorate is
in the unit price of Rmb4200/ton.)
